Asking for help is a sign of strength and I am honored to be a part of your mental health journey! I am currently accepting new clients 12 years of age and older, couples, and families with availabilty virtually or in person. As a team, we will work together to create the goals you would like to achieve in order to make positive and lasting change in your life. Self Pay Rates

My rate is $125 a session but open to discussing a sliding scale depending on your situation. Call, email, or text me at the contact information above with your name, phone number, email address and some days/times that can work for you to schedule an appointment. Please make sure to note if you prefer inperson or virtual sessions as well. I will email you all necessary documents to be throughly read, signed, and dated. Please make sure to bring this documentation to your first session. Contact me if you have any questions or concerns about the paperwork; please note that we will also discuss all paperwork during your first session.

Paying Through Insurance

If you wish to use insurance all documentation and payment will go through Sondermind. Sondermind also offers a self-pay option if you prefer. Please see the link above to create a Sondermind account or email me your first/last name and the email address you want to use for your Sondermind account. I will add you as a client to my Sondermind account which will prompt the system to contact you via email to fill out all necessary documentation. This will include adding your insurance information and a credit card for any co-pays your insurance requires. I encourage you to call the phone number on the back of your insurance card to inquire further about costs and co-pays. Once all documentation is completed you will be able to schedule an appointment with me either virtually or in person.
