My Mission
Why the name "Essential Elements Mental Health"? I believe the four elements - Earth, Air, Fire, Water - encourage a holistic approach and are incorporated into my therapy model. When the body, mind, spirit, and heart are all connected then one is in touch with their most authentic or "true" self. Illuminating the truth within ourselves encourages compassion and understanding so that healing and change can take place. Through a combination of cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, and internal family systems, we will work together to accomplish your mental health goals to make effective and lasting positive change in your life!
